Hi All,
We have a large user base of OO.org and I was wondering what is the best method to upgrade, as it is not possible due to the large number of users to upgrade machine by machine, is there an upgrade patch that can be applied to exsisting instalations or is there a way of pushing it out across the network so that users config data is retained.

Anyway, the user data are kept safe (in the \Application Data\OpenOffice.org2 folder) except the added language dictionaries (see §3 here : [Tutorial] Spell check).
