How do I open Quattro Pro QPW files with OO? I have heard it suggested that I save the spreadsheet as XLS from Quattro Pro, but I suppose it didn't occur to them that if I had Quattro Pro I wouldn't need OO Calc.

Thanks.bn 10 dragon

There is a Quattro Pro to Excel converter available at http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1c98d09f-ce41-4f00-b5fd-812b69cd624c&displaylang=en
I don't know anything about it but if it works you could do a two-step conversion QP -> Excel -Calc

Thanks.

The only way I've been able to do it was to have the originator save it as an XLS file. I wasn't aware of the converter mentioned at the time. The converter seems to work with WB3 files only (Quattro Pro 7).
