Can I make a copy of a speadsheet with all sheets, or do I need to copy each sheet separately? _________________ carl

Carl,
You could copy the .sxc file in Windows Explorer (or your file manager if you use a different OS)
or
Right-click on a tab, then choose 'Select All Sheets'', right-click again and you can copy the sheets to another workbook / file.
You can also hold down Shift or Ctrl to choose a range or selected sheets to copy.

Good.
Better: Look for something other than M$ Explorer; i.e. a good two-panel file manager. PD4Free, or 2xExplorer are two great freeware off the top of my head. Then drag to copy, or Shift-drag to move; rename, zip ....tons of other features.
