every time my friend (who is rather computer illertiate) saves a word document in open office writer it saves it as a zip in xml format... its easy enough to simply open the document in open office though she doesnt want to have to do that every time. i tried to fix it so that it would not save as an xml document every time though no matter what we choose to be the file type it saves it as a xml document.
anybody know what is giong on? |

Which OOo version? Which operating system? Which file types did you try? How an where did you try to change the file type?
