| OK, my problem is that when I make a Powerpoint, or Word document at work - then open them up in OO at home the document [or powerpoint] has now become a locked archive [template in powerpoint]. I can't make ANY changes to these altered documents. Is there a way I can change this? Thanks. |

Yes. There is a button in the toolbar. I noticed this also sometimes but I don't know what is the root cause. _________________ Now on the EN user community forum |

| Thanks Hagar for an option to my journey for a solution. I tried opening a presentation then I went to View > Toolbars > Mode. But this didn't seem to allow me to do anything new. My main problem right now [with the presentation] is that I am unable to free rotate pictures. |

Have you found the button ? It's in the Standard toolbar (the one with New file, Save, Print, PDF Export, ...). On the far right of the toolbar, there is a small arrow you can use to customize the visible buttons. The one I'm refering to is a green pen on a paper, used to edit a file that was in read-only mode. _________________ Now on the EN user community forum |

| I found the button, the file was already in an editing mode. But i'm still unable to use the free rotate tool on my pictures. The tool works fine on text boxes, though. I never had this problem before. Does the picture need to be in a certain format [i.e. JPEG] before I can manipulate it's angle? |

No, any pics format should be fine. You can PM me if you want, I'll give you my mail so you can send me the file. Just replace text bu dummy text if there is any sensitive data. _________________ Now on the EN user community forum |

| That sounds good. There shouldn't be any personal data. It's just a wedding presentation that I'm working on right now. |
