I created a Form with fields like name, address, ph # Etc. Now I would would like this info
copied to the appropriate places in the document. Some times two or three times. Been scratching my head on this one for a while now. Seems like this should have been easier.
The girls in the office don't like the User input method. Any help will be appreciated

Assuming you aren't using a database to fill your fields then you probably want a User Field found at Insert > Fields > Other (or Ctrl+F2) > Variables tab. If you use templates and want to be prompted for the value of a User Field then you can insert each, once only, as an Input Field.

Note that in version 2.3 the references, or hints as to what a field should contain, don't appear but that is fixed in 2.4. |
