| We are an ASP company that uses OpenOffice extensively. We are using NoMachine to distribute our application to the users. This means that printers are never connected directly to our system, but are added dynamically when a user connects. This works fine. However, some of our customers want to print from specific trays. However, even if I install the ppd of the printer the trays drop-down box does NOT appear. Does anyone know why this happens, and how I can change it so that the drop down appears?? |
