Hi,
I have a big problem having OpenOffice working with MySQL and ODBC.
I installed all the RPM needed, I configured odbc.ini and odbcinst.ini
but I still have a error message when I try to open my database
message :
[unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified
but isql is working in an Xterm
where is the problem ? |

ok I already read that but it didn't helpme a lot, coz I got the same error message !
Someone told me about a character string to insert somewhere in the openoffice database source manager for ODBC, but I don't know where and what to write. |

| Do you have a ODBC driver installed? I'm not sure if OpenOffice.org absolutely need it but I had mine installed and got it working. |
