The looks of the editor should be adapted to match the client needs by the administrator (eg. not presenting certain functionalities). A macro should limit the number of functionalities that the client has access to.
The toolbar should include:
 Save file
 Create PDF/Print file
 Print-preview
 Show non-printing characters
 Undo/Redo
 Copy/Paste
 Find/and replace
 Insert/Delete table and image
 Spell check
 Add /Delete row or column of table (merge and split as optional)
 Bold, Italic, Underline, Subscript and superscript
 Insert/remove Bulleted and numbered list (being able to add different types)
 Change styles
 Decrease/decline Indent
 Check spelling (optional)
 Help

For the menu, which will appear when clicking on the right button of the mouse the following options should at least be disabled:
 Page style
 Paragraph style
 Line spacing
 Table format

and so on ...
