| What do you do when MS message says you don't have permission to save the download to the program folder. |

Can't say because I'm running Linux
But I would run the .exe logged as an administrator or being sure my account has the administrator rights.

| Are you trying to download the OOo installation file to the Program Files folder? The Program Files folder is for installed programs. I download the installation file to a different folder then run the installation file and let it install OOo in the Program Files folder. |
