table of content

Hi,
I manged to create a table of content to my document but couldn't find in the "help" how to use it (e.g. jump from the table of contents directly to the required page).
Any ideas?

Some topics in Help aren't very easy to find:

Right-click a TOC and select Edit Index/Table.
Click the Entries tab.
Click the Help button. Help should open at a page Entries (Indexes/tables).
Click the Table of Contents link.
Scroll down to the section Hyperlinks (LS and LE).
