Automatic Incrementing

Hey all. Got another, probably stupid, newbie question. When using calc is there a way to automatically fill a column with incremented numbers. For Example, I would like to fill column a with the numbers 1^2, 2^2, 3^2, ..... , 46^2. Is there an easy way to do this up to a specified number? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Edit Fill Series will do the incremented fill and give you a linear series put a formula in the next column to get the ^2
