I have created a spread sheet for addresses using calc. I then create a data source and register the name. When I open>new>labels and then view>data source I choose the newly created source. The problem is there is no data!? none of the addresses show in the view. All the column headers are there but no data. _________________ Charlie |

Using spreadsheets as a data source is problematic in this way--updates to the spreadsheet may not show up in the data source until OOo is completely re-started.
If that doesn't help, then you'll have to dig into the settings in the database document and make sure they're correct. |

| If you register a data source then when you do File > New > Labels you should find the data source, table and fields available in the drop down menus by the Database, Table and Fields boxes on the Label tab. |
