I have created a spread sheet for addresses using calc. I then create a data source and register the name. When I open>new>labels and then view>data source I choose the newly created source. The problem is there is no data!? none of the addresses show in the view. All the column headers are there but no data.

Using spreadsheets as a data source is problematic in this way--updates to the spreadsheet may not show up in the data source until OOo is completely re-started.
If that doesn't help, then you'll have to dig into the settings in the database document and make sure they're correct. |

| If you register a data source then when you do File > New > Labels you should find the data source, table and fields available in the drop down menus by the Database, Table and Fields boxes on the Label tab. |
