Time loading site

Lately, there have been LONG delays, almost timing out as I try to access the site either initially, or later to send messages. It acts, for me, like an overloaded database. Last night I tried to access and got the following error instead:

phpBB : Critical Error

Error creating new session

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 1114 The table 'phpbb_sessions' is full

INSERT INTO phpbb_sessions (session_id, session_user_id, session_start, session_time, session_ip, session_page, session_logged_in, session_admin) VALUES ('27cfd9342955f62315ef82f6bf243738', -1, 1182478930, 1182478930, '43468284', 0, 0, 0)

Something needs attention, I think.

Thanks. The problem is that it has not happened before, and is sporadic. A moment ago I got the same error message, quit the site. logged in again, and had no problem There was no time delay.

One day, poof!, and it will be no more. But that's life.
