Can I change the default behavior of PgUp and PgDn ONLY when I am viewing a document in Full Screen View?
If I can, how do I do it?

Doubt is can be done. Probably why you have no other responses.
You could modify something like Ctrl+PageUp/Down (currently To Header/Footer) to use when you go to full screen. |
