Hi, I'm having some trouble with this - I'm making a set of several hundred labels. They are all unique and unfortunately are not coming from a database - I'm doing them all by hand. Is there any way to open a file with enough blank labels? When I open a new document of labels, it only gives me one page - not nearly enough! The only solution I can think of is to make about fifty different files - tiresome but effective.

Thanks.

Set up the first page of labels in whatever format you are using. Click outside of the very last label and Insert a Page Break. Go to the first label on the first page and hit CTRL-A to select all of the labels. Go to the second page and Paste. This should add a third page. Repeat the process. Cumbersome but some other smart person may have a better solution.

This macro should do the trick.

Thanks so much! I appreciate the help. I went with the cut-and-paste version. The macro looked too complicated for my purposes, but I will keep it in mind for the future.
