How to include .jar and .jad files in a impress

I have an application that I did using the last version of the Sun Java Wirelless Toolkit (2.5). In the dist folder I got a .jad & .jar files. I want to include the application that I did in a open office presentation, I want to know how to do this and what files should I include. I dont want to do any link to this file because I am planning to export my open office presentation as a power point one to be able to present. I am using Open Office 2.2.
