Hi,
is it possible to save one's desired display configuration so that everty time you open a presentation you don't have to make all of your desired changes.
For instance, the task panel is not of much use to me, so I delete it every time I open a .ppt. It would be nice if OO would remember my prefered settings.
thanks
Ken

Bump? Can't you be a little more patient? Your post has only been up for 20 months--you just couldn't wait for an answer, eh? Wink

There is no setting that removes either the page pane, or the task pane, but their size is remembered automatically as part of the window layout. Just drag the divider to shrink either pane down as far as you like and it will stay that way.
