Hi,
I'm looking for this tiny little icon that says Vertical Text
Some help pages tell me it's with the Drawing toolbar...I added the icon to it and still cannot see it....where is it really?

| Perhaps ther is a specific icon, but I am rotating text using the Rotate button: Main toolbar, effect button. Rither the rotate button is already there, otherwise you need to click the small green arrow on the effects button and select the Rotate tool from the pop-up. You can restrict the angle by pressing Shift during the rotate operation. |

In my case (SuSE 8.1, OOo 1.01), I can activate the text tool, then right-click into the toolbar and select "visible buttons" (may have different name, as I am using a localized, non-English version). From there I can add that icon you are searching for.
Let it be a bug that it dissapears again after I turned text...
