Hello all ! Who can give me a hand. Currently I connot e-mail a text directly from the writer ; a warnig pops up saying "Cannot find a valid e-mail configuration" or similar.
I tried the documentation that says : Tools>>Options>>Internet>>E-mail
OK, but the flaw is that by clicking on "Internet" I don't get "E-mail". I get "Proxy", "Search" and "Mozilla Plug-ins".
What can I do ?Thanks for the welcome help.

What OS are you using? Windows, I'll guess.
Do you have a default email client set up?
If you do, then any application should use that for sending an email. I think that's why OOo does not show you the "Email" option--it's not needed on Windows. It's there on my Linux installation. |

| Thank you. I have XP and I have a default mail client, but it doesn't work anymore. It used to work and then it was zapped, I don't know why. I'll go on trying. Best regards. |

Then why on earth would you not reinstall, or install a new and different one?
