I've installed openoffice, everything works great, but I can't save. I changed the default save directory to this users documents dir and when I go to save it says 'Saving document..." forever.
Any ideas? I guess I could give my dad admistrator privliges, but I don't think that's a good idea.
Thanx,

Hmm, this not a very busy forum or not very many osx users. I have everything working, just unable to save as a normal users. My user that has admin privileges can save, my dad's account is a normal user without admin privileges and he can't save. Maybe this is a problem with osx?
Thanx,
Stan |

This is not a very active forum of OS X users. Try the forums at trinity.neoffice.org
I can tell you that the problem with multiple users is a known problem. See bugzilla issue 16228. _________________ Faster than speeding slug!
