Mail merge printing problem. This should have been easy.

Hello I have a mail merge document that I created for one of my employee's, while she was gone someone clicked do not show this question again. Now I cannot figure out how to turn the following question back on before she sends a mail merge document to her printer. "YOUR DOCUMENT CONTAINS ADDRESS DATABASE FIELD DO YOU WANT TO PRINT FORM DOCUMENT" Can someone please send me in the correct direction for help? It just seems to me this should have been easy to turn on and off. Without this question mail merge does not work.

I've not used it so I don't know how well it works.
