Macros Websites and E-mail

I've got a project for work where I have to take a spreadsheet that contains the name and web address of various real estate agents, go to each of the 4000+ members sites (which are almost identical), then copy-pasta their e-mail into a blank cell on said spreadsheet. Now, I figure I can use a Macro to open the source at the web address contained within the first column, find "Email : <a href=", grab the string contained within the next two single quotes, then paste it into the fourth column, then move to the next row, rinse, and repeat. Unfortunately, I've absolutely no idea how to do that in OOo basic.. Help please?
