Is there any way to format the headers for endnotes so they will automatically list the range of pages to which the notes on that particular page refer?
E.g. 1st page: "Notes to Pages 1 - 12"
2nd page: "Notes to Pages 13 - 20"
3rd page: "Notes to pages 20-24"
etc.
