Mail Merge paginating by alfabecical

Is there any way to force a new page break during a mail merge, on a multiple row document. I've created a document with 5 rows on it, using the "Next Record" function. The document is sorted alphabetical, by one of the fields (Name). I want to merge/print all the names beginning with an "S", then page break (or form feed) and then continue the merge with all names starting with an "T", then page break, and continue printing all names starting with with an "U", etc.

Don't know if there's a way of doing this. Sure would help tough.
