|
|
I'm using Win XP 2002 Pro with SP1 applied and OO 1.1.0 I double click on a file to open it from the desktop or explorer. If there's a space in the path, OO gets confused.
If the document is in "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop/filename.xls" OO tries to load "C:\Documents" "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\and" and "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Desktop\Settings\username\Desktop\filename.xls" but pops up a window for each saying that the file doesn't exist.
So it isn't handling the spaces properly. I tried doing the same thing in Win 2k SP4 and it opened the file fine.
Thanks! |

| Try using \ consequently. Not changing them. |

| They were all back slashes in the error message. The forward slash was a typo on my part. |
