Custom Toolbar were is my Guru to turn of the Menu Control

Regular Command buttons are attached to cell or page, scrolling up or down you lose the button on the screen, thats why I like to use Custom tool bar Buttons.

Using the Menu making Custom Tool bar Buttons works fine.

But how do you change the size of the Button ?
But how do you turn off it's Custom Menu Control ?

I just want to use it like a regular Command Button.
