How to enable a row as a static row?

Hi guys,

In Excel there's a way to set up a row as a static row, is there a way to do that in OO Calc?

For example, if I have NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE, etc.. at the top of my spreadsheet and I scroll down the page, I want the field names to always show so I know what column I'm in.

If anyone knows how to set that up please let me know the steps.
