|
|
Greetings!
Every time the cursor is placed on an outline / list, the "Bullets and Numbering" toolbar automatically appears out of nowhere. It is nice to be able to do something like this, but I personally do not like it very much and find it a little annoying. I can't seem to find anywhere in the options to turn this functionality off. If you can help, it would be much appreciated. Thanks! _________________ Matthew Hauck

I know what you mean. What I did was to embed the bar in the main frame (where all the other icons are) this way you're not nearly so aware of them when they appear, and they're there if you need them!

Hmmm...that's still a little annoying, but it works. Thanks! _________________ Matthew Hauck

Mathew,
| Quote: | | You can either turn off the individual toolbars when they appear (using View > toolbars) | Did you try this part of BillP's post. It simply turns off the auto appearance of any particular context sensitive toolbar.[/quote] |

Aha! Very nice! I assumed that "they won't reappear until turned back on" meant that it would just turn on the next time your cursor hits an outline / list.
That works wonderfully, thank you! _________________ Matthew Hauck
