Text Wrap in Endnote Tooltips

In Writer, I sometimes have very large notes for scholarly references. I really like the tooltip previews of endnotes in OOo, but when an endnote is large, the preview of it is displayed as one long line (thereby hiding a good deal of it) instead of being wrapped into a small rectangle. Is there a way that this can be done? Is someone out there already working on this?
