How can I turn off the option for different first page? The header/footer aren't displayed on the first page and it has different margins. I can't find the option absolutely anywhere, even in the help files. Microsoft Word had this option in "Page Setup".
I'm in a terrible hurry.

I found it! It was in the floating styles window in "Page styles". I just changed the first page's style to "First page".
