Advanced Page Numbering

I am creating a nine-page research paper on the life of Frank Sinatra. The first two pages are the title page and the outline, so I need to start page numbering on the third page. The last page, a bibliography, cannot have any page numbers. So basically, I need to know how to start page numbering on the third page, while stopping it on the next-to-last page.

Basically, you'll need to use a few page styles, one for the first two and maybe the last page, and one for the pages with page numbering.
