I am new to using ooBase. I created a table with address information and then created a form for data entry. I then thought of a few more fields that I wanted added to the table. After adding them I would like to add then to the data entry form.

Can anyone help me with doing this? Question

Open Form in edit mode, activate Form Design and Form Control Tollbars in View>Toolbars>..
Select controls from Form control toolbar and drag and drop into desired place, open control Properties in data tab select your new fileds.

Thank you very much for your instructions. I was able to add the three new check boxes that I had added to my table. However, is there a way to move the text of the check box to above the box like the ones that are created when I first created the form?

Add new label above the checkbox, and connect to check box.
Property, General tab, delete text in Label, and click on ... next to Label Field, uncheck no assignment, and select newly created label.
