Dear sir,

i have created a microsoft .xls file with BIFF format using visual basic 6.0. It opens in Microsoft Excel. but when tried to open thru OpenOffice it asks for conversion. when i open and save the same .xls file in MSExcel and save it and then try to open in OpenOffice it opens correctly. Thanks in advance.
