I need to perminately disable/remove the ability to customize the toolbar(s). I work in a educational/prison facility and we need to dis-allow the users from changing the toolbar properties and accessing the event macro settings.
If not possible, can I remove the EVENTS tab to dis-allow access to the Event Macro settings?

Any update on this. I don't want the user to alter the default settings.
