Turning a chart into a CUE Sheet

I have a table of track names and times, such as

Track 1 00:00
Track 2 02:40

etc.

What's the best way to turn this table into a CUE sheet? Is there a common template? Coding? Do I need to export it to Openoffice Base?

I know this is a broad question. but I don't know where to start.

2 columns of name and time do not provide enough information for a CUE sheet, if you mean http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cue_sheet_%28computing%29
You should not let the readers find out what a CUE sheet is.

If so, isn't that a text file? Why use a spreadsheet? You might save as a tab delimited file and start again in a text editor or word processor?

Try someting with INDEX(List;MOD(ROW();5)) or use the Online cue sheet compiler
