Using the table of contents

I created a table of contents in writer. Is it not possible to click on an entry in the TOC and move directly to the related heading as in a microsoft word TOC? Do I have to create separate hyperlinks?
Sorry if this issue has already been addressed. I couldn't find it. Pls advise.
