Hi: I dual boot XP / Linux - Mepis 8. In XP OOo 3 - using the Calc spreadsheet I had 8 tabs all using spreadsheets but for some unknown reason the tabs at the bottom all disappeared I can only access the sheets one at a time from the dropdown menu Edit--Sheet--Select I read the help files did a google search but could not find an answer. Finally I opened a new file and transfered the sheets - cut and paste. I had to resize the columns. Everything else was fine. Only one spreadsheet file was affected. What happened? Can anyone tell me so I have the same problem again.

| Try under Tools, Options, then the Calc + in the box, then View, and see if Sheet Tabes is ticked or not. |

| The tabs and the horizontal scroll bar share display area. You can resize the scroll bar by dragging the left edge, and it's possible to have the scroll bar cover the tabs completely. Maybe you dragged the bar out this way by accident. |
