Agenda wizard seems a good idea
especially the notes pages that are produced with the agenda
But entering times such as 19:30 on the template produces 00:00 on the resulting agenda
other times entered in the template produce totally different times on the agenda.
Can anyone suggest a fix?
Thank you

Well, I can give it a shot.
tried the template and entered as starting time of the meeting 12:00
Then, setting the items (3), to discuss in the meeting, on the agenda, I entered 60 (1 hour), 120 (2 hours) and 35 (minutes) in the Duration/Time column.
I completed the wizard and then came to the document.
Date and time on the agenda are correctly displayed
Then went to the Notes page.
On the notes page te several items are properly listed.
I did see that already times are set for the items, namely 12:00 till 13:00 for item 1 (60 min.), 13:00 till 15:00 for item two (120 min) and 15:00 till 15:35 for item three.
So, I think it is real time management. On the agenda you have to enter the period you want the spent on each particular item in minutes, which will show up on the Notes page.
Make sense, or am I missing the obvious ??? _________________ DiGro

Hi
Thanks for your help ...
Try the elegant form of the agenda
Try a 19:30 start time, with the various agenda item times as you describe them ..
and on my box I then get 12:00 start time .. which is not 19:30
If I try other times, I get other strange results
Can you reproduce the problem?

Yes, I can confirm your findings.
It seems the problem rests in the minute-part of the time.
19:00 displays 19:00
19:01 displays 19:10
19:02 displays 19:20
19:22 displays 22:40
19:45 displays 02:30
it then uses the displayed times further in the document.
Seems some calculation is off / not set right.
For now the only solution is to always start your meeting on the whole hour _________________ DiGro
