Contain semicolon's Excel file

I'm sorry my English is bad !

My company' ERP is always export contain semicolon's Excel file,Before my company write a excel marco to open these files on MS excel, Now my company delete all MS Excel from all computer,use OOOo to replace it !

Now when I open the CSV file,the Calc pop-up a dialog window(Import window) to prompt choose the delimiter(default is comma),when i open csv file every time, I always choose semicolon !

question: When I open csv file, I want to the delimiter always semicolon,and don't pop-up
the dialog windows!

How can i do ?
