I need to use math to type a word "left" and need it to be shown as the other literal such as numbers and variables. I've tried to type "left" with quotation marks in to math command window, but math displays the word "left" in a different way with other literals.
Would you please tell me how to deal with this situation? Is there a solutation better than using: ital "left" |

| I'm not sure whether it is supposed to be done like this, but placing a percent sign in front of the literal, for instance %left, works for me. |
