Hi,
following scenario (2.4.1)
A table with two columns, where the original text is in the left column, and the according tranlslation in the right column. To keep them aligned, a line is used for each paragraph.
Works fine. But the problem is the page break. The widow/Orphan control of the paragraph style inside the table does not show any effect.
Am I missing anything here? Or alternatively, how to keep, in a two column text, paragraphs aligned. I guess I have to stick to a table... |

Just adjust the table break option to not allow a break within a cell row. _________________ jrkrideau

Hi,
I found that option and it would work, but what if one row has more than lets say 20 lines in it? This would create some huge empty spaces.
So for me its not a satisfying solution... But thank you for pointing that out.
