Somewhere during loading Open Office, the Address Book that existed in Comcast ISP account disappeared. It appears that the Address Book has been saved on the hard drive in a .vcf format, as if it was trying to set up VCards in Outlook - which is not desired.
Comcast says they have no idea why the Address Book disappeared from the ISP Account.
Does anyone have any suggestions.?

| None! It couldn't possibly be a result of installing software on your system, if the data was being stored by your ISP. Try contacting a Comcast supervisor. Good luck. |
