3.0 Beta not updating

Hi all!
I post here, because I do not know about better place to ask. If you do, just let me know.

I tried out OOo Beta as soon as i came out and found myself pretty soon using in production. Initially it also upgraded successfully, until it reached version BEB300m3 (Build:9328).

Right now I see that new version is out, but upgrading from inside the app fails.
I am reluctant to upgrade manually, as this would mean losing changes that I have made to my dictionaries.

Installing an upgrade should not affect your profile directory. If you are worried about it, back it up first. See Path of user configuration for the location to backup by making a copy of it.

Yeah, cool. I know it is my own mistake - I just should have waited. I was using ET localisation, with spellers dictionaries etc. Which I got without making any extra effort, dowloading extra stuff - well, basically like it should be. After installing the new RC3 over the old Beta its all gone. Update feature is there for a reason.

I see what happened. The beta uses a different profile name like "ooo-dev3" instead of "openoffice.org", so just rename it
