I filled in the user survey, so did some people I know. It's a real good initiative to know the needs of the users.
But it would be nice to give some feedback on the site about the results ! I regularly check the site but I don't know if our feed-back served to something, or if other people have the same remarks.
It would be good to insert some statistics about the answers on the surveys, if you wish people stay involved.

Keep up the good work ! Wink

Yep, that's right yogo!

You know, I'm using the OOo version 1.0.1 portuguese (from Portugal) release, and I still
don't know where is 'my' OOo team on the internet... Shocked

I visit sometimes the brazilian site (the same you postd here) and there is were I get
some clues/infos for my OOo suite. (then I knew this forum! Wink )

(By the way, brazilian team: Continuem o EXCELENTE trabalho que têm feito até agora!)

I can only guess that the portuguese (Portugal) version of OOo was released by Sun...

Am I correct? (I believe I'm not... Confused )

Hello,

Although I have been using OO for a while, something happened in my office today that has forced me to begin to get more active.

I have not had a chance to read the entire web site so please forgive me in advance for any redundant questions.

1) Is there a page/forum for requesting/suggesting enhancements?

2) I scanned the different discussion groups and noticed a lot of questions about how to control the program. Is there a FAQ being compiled for these types of questions?

3) Is there a place to submit examples of files where .xls compatablity is an issue?

I think the contributors have done a wonderful job on OO. I am studying programming in the hope I can help one day.

1) Yes

http://www.openoffice.org/project_issues.html

2) There is a FAQ mentioned on this page, as far as I remember:

http://www.kaaredyret.dk/openoffice_links_uk.html

3) Doubt it, but have no idea

Regards! Smile
