Users? Profiles? All The Same...

Hello everybody I wish to install Open Office on a computer system that has different users logging in via the work network. The main issues I'm trying to get aid on are as follow.
1. After installing Open Office, is there a way to not make the reg. box come up for each user?
2. Is there a way to set all the files to save to a defult way so that people don't have to keep changeing the way there save every time?
3. Can or can't be done through profiles?

All the systems I use are XP Pro and connect to everything and anything via the network.
