Office 2007 Compatible?

I have a compatibility pack making my office 2003 able to open office 2007 documents. Does Calc have a similar functionality?

Apart from loading and saving the infamous Office"Open"XML (.xlsx), does your XL2003 support any of the new features described in http://blogs.msdn.com/excel/archive/2005/09/26/474258.aspx ?
No? Then you may upgrade your office with http://www.sun.com/software/star/odf_plugin/ which adds a published and internationally acknowleged ISO-standard as a new document format.
