How show images anchor at other sheet

i'm newbie to calc.
i think my question is already solved in this forum,
but i can't find the thread so long time.
I used keyword "picture, cell, stick, image, find, etc"
These words are so common term. i cant find what i need.
So maybe my quetions is some kind of FAQ, forgive and help me please.

My Goal is manage employees. and I want to recognize by their faces in odt file.
At sheet 3 I saved their face pictures, cell by cell. Each pictures anchored each cells. Pictures may have unique names.
At Sheet 2 I saved their informations.
At sheet 1, I want to search and see the results.
For example, If I input A1 cell employee's name, then Sheet1 shows his informations and face picture.

How can I show pictures? which function can I use?
call them by "picture name"? or "cell position"?

Or pictures can be saved in jpeg files in a directory, not in sheet3.
picture's name equals employee's or has serial number which is arranged.. etc..
this way is also OK to me.

I mean to show the picture as image to see instantly,
not hyperlink to click and show them through other applications.

help me please~

P.S. to do this with MSoffice, check example in this site.

(This file is not english (korean) but simple to understand, and contains Macro.
It doesnt work well with OOo Calc, so you may open this file with MSoffice.)
I try to this with Calc, but impossible.
