Focus from textframe to document

Hi,

Im working with macros to generate docs with data from user frames, part of it going into textframes and the rest into the document itself.
So far, so good, but I have a (simple) problem.
After creating and filling a textframe, I need to "set focus back" to the document, so I can insert text in it.
It seems easy, since a mouse click is enough, but I don´t know how to do it trough macro code.
