Hi Folks,
I'm using OOo 2.4 on an Intel Mac (10.4.11).
I've been using mail merge for a long time and it works perfectly for me, except for one problem.
There are certain recipients whose ISP's reject my messages. I can send an e-mail to the same address using the Mac Mail application and it gets through fine.
One such recipient mentioned to me that on their end the message is rejected because it lacks a proper message ID.
Below are three message headers:
1) sent from Mac Mail to myself
2) sent via mail merge to one recipient, myself, and Mac Mail put in my junk box
3) sent via mail merge to 98 recipients and arrived happily in my inbox
There is no obvious difference (not to me) in the two mail merge headers, while the notable difference between the Mac mail header and the two mail merge headers is the lack of two lines in the mail merge headers: Message ID and Content-Transfer-Encoding
I pass along all this info because I know virtually nothing about mail servers and want to help anyone out there who has a burning desire to lend me a hand.
Thank you in advance and the headers are below.
Cheers,

Here is the header of a message sent via Mac Mail to myself.
